I'm pretty sure Ruby still hasn't gotten over what happened with Pyrrha. She hasn't had a breakdown about everything that happened at Beacon. She hasn't started moving on from what she experienced.

And I honestly feel like she's going to breakdown and possibly look to someone for comfort, and my friend Sophia (the artist of the comic for this video) both agree that it should be with Oscar.

Now, I can already see people typing in the comments, "Oh, no! It should be Jaune comforting Ruby! What about Jaune?" Jaune could, as well, but honestly Sophia and I don't think Jaune would because he's not in a good place, right now. All throughout Volume 4, Jaune has been nothing but an angry boy about the whole thing. He's still dealing with Pyrrha's death, in his own right.

Ruby, we think, just needs someone who would have a new perspective on the whole thing, if not, at least a good shoulder to cry on. Oscar, we believe, would be a good candidate also because for one: He has Ozpin in his head, so he'll be able to give him possibly some insight on who Pyrrha was and what she was like, to a degree. And two, because he's a new face, so new personality, and new opinion.

*Not to mention the fact they're in similar situations when it comes to their destinies. Ruby, being a Silver-Eyed Warrior; Oscar being the (pretty much implied) next-generation Wizard.
