Cryostasis Dreams is about the early origins of Skyshard. She was found in an underground facility filled with technology that was never seen before. Frozen and asleep in a cryostasis container. 
Who created her and from where this technology comes from, is another story yet to be told, but one thing can be said for sure; she was dreaming for too long.
