I thought I'd attempt to make a visual breakdown of some stuff in after effects.  Although not that impressive or lengthy, some might still find it interesting enough.

I don't go into any detail, and there was a whole lot more going on, but this was the simplest way to show it.

After that, there is an alternate camera view of the entire video showing the whole 'no camera cuts' thing and everything else in the background. (it's a mess)
