Exactly what the title says.  He whips this thing out at performances sometimes, from my understanding, and I decided to whip out my phone to catch a few seconds of him being a spaz on the dance floor.  In fact, earlier that night it was being bequeathed upon people in the crowd randomly by some guy, so I was granted a short time with it at one point.
