A showcase of City of Heroes' character customization abilities. This is a sampling of two hundred individual costumes out of 4600 currently on hand - each of these costume combinations has been assembled by a player. There may be the occasional glitch - the script I wrote to scrape the costume data from my demo files was kind of a quick and dirty deal but they should be few and far between. 

While the game has been shuttered by NCsoft {for the time being, at least}, if you want to play around with the costume creator yourself, you need a copy of the City of Heroes client {which may or may not still be available via the NCsoft launcher} and a copy of Codewalker's "Icon" program, available here - http://repo.cohtitan.com/icon/icon.exe.
