Map: Trade Household http://sfmbox.com/trade-household/ Music: "Suspicious People", from Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney: Dual Destinies EDIT EDIT: The issue appears to be gone, for now. I ended up doing a full OS refresh of Windows 8 to fix it; I've even got this nagging worry that it'll come back, since after my hardware upgrade I did manage to get ONE session where it wasn't appearing. Anyway, I've just spent an hour or so working on the next video - taking a very, very long time working only when I get the motivation at the moment, but now that these issues are gone I think I can do it. EDIT: Suspicions in the SFM console point to a possible issue with the Qt UI framework. I'm getting the following error, more or less: "QAccessibleWidget::rect: This implementation does not support subelements! (ID 1 unknown for QWidget)". If this does NOT appear in your console when you start up, it means something is different on my computer. Just as Sniper demonstrated in the video above, I've been hitting an issue attempting to drag around objects in the timeline. I first noticed it with sounds, but it's certainly not specific to them, and now that I'm in the audio-placement phase of my next video, it's made it pretty much impossible to do any work. I've attempted validating game cache, completely replacing my Source Filmmaker folder, resetting settings, starting new projects, and even running SFM in Windows' compatibility modes. You know I'm desperate when I turn to my *shudder* ...SUBSCRIBERS... for help. The one plus side to Google Minus integration is that we can now post longer comments, so, if you have any familiarity with this issue, or have suggestions, please post them! It's honestly possible that I've simply missed some sort of configuration issue, or hit the wrong button while animating something, so I'm hoping someone would know what would lead to this. I'm using Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit in a custom-built computer. If the issue is resolved through the help of a commenter, I will give you a free indie game on Steam called 'Vessel' that I've had sitting around in my inventory! It's an indie puzzle adventure game that I'm reasonably certain many people have not played. I really enjoyed it.
