Borrowed a Shure SM57 Microphone from work so I could try it out before buying one myself. And I really like the sound of it, so I will most likely buy one as soon as I have money for it, and use it to record my album.
I tried it out by jamming to TarbyRocks' (awesome) song: Nightmare Night
I learned the song by ear.

I did a horrendous job of muting the high strings during the intro riff...
