This is a song about Discord, but more specifically, it's about battling with the demons inside us all. It's a song about how the demons inside us hold us down, hold us back, keep us sedated, and how we can fight back and push them away. Just so y'all know, during the "rapping" part of the song, the first four lines are the demons, and the last four are the angles, sort of arguing with you to convince you to their side.
