In this installment, we take a look at the meaning and implications of self-sacrifice for one's community.  A concept that many people agree is a good thing, but it is one of the most difficult virtues to enact when the time comes.
This also applies to the second virtue that I believe was addressed in this episode; seeking to help our loved ones who are suffering emotionally and/or with their own life challenges and putting forth everything we have to help them as well.

I felt this episode delivered both of these messages very well.  What do you think?
