I have a video of Tell Me performed on an acoustic guitar as well as it recorded on electric in a compilation video, but I figured I'd record a solo version.

The meaning of Tell Me is pretty straightforward.  Depression. One little thing that you might not pick up on is that it is about the depressed individual talking to him self.  His inner thoughts about how he views himself and how he perceives others view him.
