Also known as "Ichiban no Takaramono" in the japanese title

This song has a special place in my heart because of what story it tells. Originating from the anime "Angel Beats" it is played when Yui finds peace and dissapears from the purgatory the characters  were in.

It talks about how the person in the story responds to the dissapearence of someone close to them and how they deal with the pain it brings. This song relates to me, and many others in a very personal way.

I have had many friends leave me, and the pain I suffered kept me moving forward in life. I do not choose to forget any of the wonderful people I've known throughout my life, and not distance, death, nor any another form of separation can keep these people out of my memory.

This goes out to my great friend Skylar Tourai, who has taught me so much and has made me a better person. Skylar is still with me, but the thought of losing another friend like Sky is something I can't seem to bear.

Thank you all for all the support you all have given me throughout the years, all my friends and family, I love all of you very dearly and never do I want to lose any of you. But friendship fades and death is an unpredictable thing, but that doesn't stop me from being attached to the people I love.

This is also a birthday special, after looking back on the year I've had, I can honestly say that my life is not easy.. but each day I keep moving on forward because of the love I receive from everyone I know and love.
