--Overall Comments--

After a few weeks of Starlight and Twilight focus, the fifth episode of the seventh season of Friendship is Magic shifts focus over to Fluttershy.  We finally are able to see what her dream is, and have her come to realize it.

Being a Fluttershy episode, we hear many of her reoccurring cues from the series, which are of course backed by copious amounts of woodwinds.  But Fluttershy isn’t the only character with a reoccurring motif this episode!  Big Daddy McColt makes an appearance near its end, and brings back with him his motif from his appearance in Season 5.  In addition to some other emotional and beautifully grand tracks, the episode also features an action-packed training march to start off.

The episode begins with some action-packed march-like training music as Angel practices his gravity-defying parkour techniques.   It features plenty of trumpets, horns and strings.  Not exactly the type of music we hear everyday in the series!
